Pale salmon. Pretty floral notes and rather generous red fruit on the nose. Pêche de vigne, and rather beautiful and seductively expensive French oak, maybe even Hungarian too - there's spice, smoke, complexity and beautifully architectural tannins. Aristocratic and charming. Exceptionally concentrated, with acidity perfectly in balance, holding up the finish beautifully. Stone fruit, red fruit, complexity, weight and elegant freshness - this has it all in spades. Stunning rosé.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
