Based on the galet roulet strewn Plan de Dieu at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, Domaine de l’Odylée set out to make a light red Grenache through carbonic maceration, and when it turned out the colour of a very dark rosé, settled for that and called it an Autumn Rosé instead.
