Owned by Michel Bronzo and a family run business, working with winemaker/technical director Stephan Bourret. Bastide Blanche and the Bronzo family have forged a reputation for die-hard traditionalism, betrayed by their innovative ‘Contrechamps’ range that includes unoaked reds and an oaked rosé - although it does sometimes seem that their heart is firmly with the whites.
