Avignonesi 50&50 (Rosé) 2024 - Highly RecommendedPale golden salmon pink. Soft bruised orchard fruit, honey, saffron and a hint of citrus on the nose. Mellowed fruit on the palate, showing pithy apples, raw nuts, white peaches, red apples and a hint of quince. Loving the complexity of fruits and the fresh, vibrant acidity that opens up to floral complexity. Crisp, with some pithy texture and slightly pithy citrus fruit alongside a hint of smoky tannin. Lovely concentration, elegant, moreish and driven. A fabulous balance of fresh elegance and weighty complexity.
