    Balfour Nannette’s Rosé (Rosé) 2024 - Highly RecommendedTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Located in the centre of Kent, an area once known for its fruit orchards and hops, this increasingly successful estate is currently being guided by the second generation, Fergus Elias, A complex blend of different clones (Fergus's passion), this predominantly Meunier blend is a pale pink and some serious depth. Far from being a fruity style, it starts off with linear freshness, only revealing some darker cherry fruit and creamy richness as it opens in the glass.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
