Bastiàn Petra’s (Rosé) 2024 - Highly RecommendedFrom the white limestone hills of Buje in northern Istria, this young producer has already caught the attention of lovers of fine rosé. This is their premium cuvée, inspired by the winemaking of Château d'Esclans, with fermentation and 8 months ageing in 500l new barrels. Harvested for freshness, the very-non-Provençal Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot succeed in creating a charming rosé. Pale golden pink, the oak is very well integrated with the soft, ripe fruit and the crunchy red berry acidity and long mineral freshness.
