Very pale shell. Restrained at first, this opens up to rather pretty soft white stone fruit, a hint of raspberries, and pretty orange blossom. Crisp, delicate, and elegant - but still structured and firm on the palate. Crisp, white citrussy acidity, and riper fruit than the 12.5abv would suggest. Some slightly chalky tannins on the finish keep this disciplined and firm. Punches way above its weight, and is utterly charming and classy. Still very young, and definitely a wine to come back to in a few years.
