    Bodegas Antídoto Le Rosé (Rosé) 2023 - OutstandingTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Pale shell coral-pink. A jaw-droppingly intense, spiced nose featuring dill, beautifully sweet American oak, coconut, and gentle nuttiness. Dry with good weight and structure, the palate offers beautifully silky white peach, scented quince, and a touch of overripe salted pears. Backed by dry, oaky phenolics and fresh raw and roasted nuts, it maintains long, fresh, juicy acidity reminiscent of wild red berries, leaving just the faintest whisper of red fruit on the finish. A classy, concentrated wine for those willing to accept a little ambiguity between white and rosé. Leaves an impression of firm acidity, textural concentration, great energy, and confident winemaking.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
