Bodegas Baigorri Baigorri Rosado (Rosé)

Rose petal pink to bright ruby pink. Delicate red berry fruit aromas. Surprisingly dry and crunchy on the palate, opting for subtle minerality, linearity, and a crisp delicacy over bursting fruit. Good weight and concentration with wild red berries, but it is lacking absolute ripeness of fruit. Pretty, elegant, and will be very much appreciated pool-side, though not exceptional.
NB: The finish is marked by a pithy and distinctly sour acidity that detracts slightly from the fruit.
