    Pale coral pink. Oodles of soft, generous spice and baked fruit on the nose; toasty, nutty, warming and welcoming with generous tropical fruit, bananas, toffee and vanilla. On the palate, this is refined and powerful, yet linear and driven. Zazzy acidity, crisp and silky, leads to a slightly flinty, almost glassy finish. Remarkably fresh and elegant given the opulence of the aromatics. Refined, classy and a great standard-bearer for fine Rioja rosé, though I would like to see a little more concentration and structure on the finish.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
