    Pale shell pink to very pale coral. Aromas of coconut oak, crisp orchard fruit, white peach, pears, and toasty, sweet nutty notes. On the palate, juicy peach fruit meets pale blue minerality and a gentle phenolic structure. Delicate ripeness gives it an elegant, almost ephemeral style that is dry and slightly austere but with restrained concentration. As it opens up, greater concentration develops alongside vibrant citrussy acidity, softened by the silkiness of sweet oak. Notes of saline oranges, dark chocolate, and wild raspberry emerge, lifted by perfumed orchard blossom. Very modern, very elegant. Fashionable and utterly refreshing.
