    Very pale shell pink. Lots of round blueberries, hedgerow fruit, a hint of spice and wild strawberries on the nose, suggesting a Syrah influence. The palate is defined by its crunchy redcurrant acidity and dark fruit structure. Simple, delicate and drowning in fruit, making it incredibly charming, approachable, and easy-drinking. Quite mouthwatering and perfect for an Indian summer afternoon where a bit more depth is called for.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
