    Bodegas Ysios Ysios (Rosé) 2024 - Highly RecommendedTasted by Elizabeth Gabay MW & Ben Bernheim

    Delicate salmon pink. Creamy white fruit, barely ripe stone fruit, crisp white citrus and a hint of red berries aromas. On the palate the wine is more structural than fruit driven, with ripe orchard fruit weight gives concentration and intensity with some dark fruit notes of blueberries, blue flowers hidden mid-palate. There is some linear delicacy of white peach and lime acidity, and a fine stony austerity on the length and a vibrant, almost piercing freshness on the finish. Powerful, concentrated, very textural with some velvet charm.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
