    Semi-translucent ruby. Pretty herbal, toasty and fruity notes on the nose with a hint of leather, spice, pretty minerality and lots of floral, violets and garrigue. On the palate, unpretentious juicy fruit, vibrant blue berries, and lots of wild raspberries with some lovely inky mineral tannins, firm almost carne cruda bloodiness. Delicate, refined, beautiful balance. Subtle, silky tannins and pretty acidity. Mouthwatering and powerful enough to accompany food, refreshing enough to drink on its own.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
