Pretty herbal, toasty and fruity notes on the nose with a hint of leather, spice, pretty minerality and lots of floral, violets and garrigue. On the palate, unpretentious juicy fruit, vibrant blue berries, and lots of wild raspberries with some lovely inky mineral tannins, firm almost carne cruda bloodiness. Delicate, refined, beautiful balance. Subtle, silky tannins and pretty acidity. Mouthwatering and powerful enough to accompany food, refreshing enough to drink on its own.
