    Pale coral. Big, bold oaky notes on the nose with spice and marmalade. Crisp, mineral and a little firm and saline, with pretty notes of almond blossom. Pithy phenolics and a slightly drying minerality, dry chalky texture, a touch of soft white citrus and some pretty red fruit. Very crisp, pale and refined, with nice fruit and oak. Ageing well although not developing much mature tertiary character. Fun and exciting, drink and enjoy today rather than for laying down for a few years.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
