    Mid depth scarlet red. Made with old vine fruit, this is more of a red wine style with more tannic concentrated red fruit structure. Crunchy redcurrants and raspberries, clean, crisp and extracted, with beautiful freshness. A hint of barely ripe spice, menthol and eucalyptus with some fine minerality. Lovely freshness, classy, very well-made and elegant, like a light red Burgundy. Ends prettily with some slightly chalky wild strawberries.
