  Pale lemon. Soft sweet white lemon aromas with a hint of garrigue on the nose. On the palate, softly ripe lemon pith, creamy white lemon and raw hazelnuts. Long and firm, but hidden behind the fruit is a wonderful minerality and grapefruit acidity. The magic starts on the palate; elegant, glassy and refined with knife-edge acidity that whispers rather than shouts. Mouthwateringly fresh and clean, shrouded in richness, but with weight and gravitas keeping it together. Ends on a very beautiful chalky minerality and a hint of white pepper. A stunning wine that isn't relying on aromatics or oak, just pure concentration of fruit and elegant grapes.
