Creamy shell salmon to pale shell. Soft peach, dried apricot, and ripe stone fruit on the nose, alongside a hint of apple blossom and subtly sweet, smoky oak. Lovely ripeness and fullness of body on the palate, showing nice leesiness, ripe peaches, and yellow fruit, (typical of Tibouren) without any hints of red fruit. Silky, generous, and bursting with good ripe concentration. A hint of oaky tannins provides grip and depth, while the high alcohol is well integrated. Ends on some perfumed oranges, pretty orange blossom, and a hint of gravelly minerality, presumably from the volcanic soils. Very pretty, it will please those looking for a classical Provence rosé with extra weight and complexity.
