    Pale shell. Slightly restrained at first, opening up to exceptionally perfumed peaches and pêche de vigne. A hint of chalky, saline minerality grounds some barely-ripe raspberries and wild strawberries. Very classic, with a nice balance of freshness and concentrated fruit; exactly the sort of wine you dream of during an unbearable heatwave.
