    Bright rose petal pink, glowing and positive. A touch of bonbon anglais, sour raspberries, cherries and dark mineral blueberry fruit on the nose, reminiscent of some slightly older Tavel. On the palate the acidity is vibrant and party-like, long and grippy, with lots of ripe juicy red cherries and a hint of tannin. Vibrant, exciting, fruity, refreshing and energising, stepping on the toes of a light red while remaining a classy, fruity rosé. A far cry from classic Provence-style, this is a lovely option for gastronomic rosé.
