    Very pale shell, almost blanc-de-noir. Restrained and lightly floral on the nose - absolutely benchmark Cinsault here. On the palate, remarkably textured, silky, saline and concentrated. Powerful and chalky, with a hint of light white floral notes and barely ripe green apples. Exceptionally elegant and delicate - perhaps a little excessively so - but ever so delightful. Manages texture and structure despite that elegance. Charming, like a cloud or a butterfly, even if it leaves you wondering if it is truly a rosé.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
