  Bright cherry pink. Restrained aromas of rosewater and pretty floral notes. On the palate opulent red fruit boiled sweets, redcurrants and crunchy red berries. Crisp and fresh, with a firm mineral finish and generous phenolic, tannic grip. Plenty of acidity throughout. Still incredibly youthful and currently the life and soul of the party, simultaneously appealing to lovers of a chilled red and fresh rosé. Fermentation in concrete preserves the purity of fruit while the extra structure gives this the potential to age well when the bright fruit forward character will soften and mellow.
