  Restrained on the nose. Very, very high acidity, exceptionally concentrated and refreshing. Not a vast amount of fruit, but lightly fruity, mineral, intense and clean. A model for unoaked Israeli rosé of the future. Made in a phenomenally wholesome kibbutz near Haifa where half the employees are disabled.
