    Pale salmon pink. Crunchy, nutty stone fruit and a hint of red berries on the nose. Lovely concentration on the palate - weighty, grippy and textural. Intense, tight white citrus acidity cuts through notes of bitter almond, marzipan, white tea and a very gentle orange blossom perfume. Concentrated, disciplined and efficient, yet still charming and suave. If you are looking for classic rosé done right, look no further; it may not be a complex fine wine, but for under £10, it is downright pleasant and you could do far, far worse.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
