Marques de Caceres Rosado (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPale salmon pink. Crunchy, nutty stone fruit and a hint of red berries on the nose. Lovely concentration on the palate - weighty, grippy and textural. Intense, tight white citrus acidity cuts through notes of bitter almond, marzipan, white tea and a very gentle orange blossom perfume. Concentrated, disciplined and efficient, yet still charming and suave. If you are looking for classic rosé done right, look no further; it may not be a complex fine wine, but for under £10, it is downright pleasant and you could do far, far worse.
