    Very pale coral. Crisp red fruit, classic Baga cranberries and pithy red berries. Sweet, almost American oak, dominates the palate, an unusual and distinctive vibe, well-integrated but certainly not invisible. Slightly salty minerality, opulent fruit and stunning freshness, with searing acidity towards the finish. Creamy, slightly decadent texture and pretty, slightly dark and gravelly tannins. Confident, well-made, elegant and utterly charming, proof that rosé can be fun and fruity while remaining serious and single-barrel story-driven.

About us

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
