    Ruby red. Wild raspberry, opulent cherry fruit, and blue floral minerality aromas. Gentle crunchy red berry fruit on the palate with long fresh acidity and some ripe lush soft red fruit masking a very delicate, slightly pithy and leafy tannic structure. Crisp and refreshingly gluggable. It may not ferment on the skins, but the long maceration gives it the impression of being a light summer red and perfectly illustrates why this strict division between colours is such a nonsense. This wine is a light summer red as far as the consumer is concerned, and rather lovely.
