    Pale copper-salmon pink. A little subdued on the nose at first, revealing sweet new oak, floral citrus notes and red currants. Remarkably fresh and zippy on the palate with vibrant red and green apples, passion fruit and a hint of slightly nutty oak. Weighty intensity bridges the divide between restrained elegance and ripe fruit. The finish is an electric explosion of crisp perfumed apples and lemon juice acidity. An absolute crowd-pleaser for rosé lovers looking for something slightly unusual with added complexity.
