  Pinot Meunier blanc de noir, the pale colour of a Provence rosé from the chalky North Downs of Kent, within close proximity to the sea. Malolactic fermentation contributes the rich creaminess. Creamy white fruit aromas. On the palate there is good concentrated weight, chewy, mouth watering acidity, with some fresh leafiness, softened by bright red fruit and some honeyed richness.
