Bastide de Fave Héritage De Saint Victor (White) 2024 - Highly RecommendedVery pale water white to very pale gold. Herbal on the nose with beautiful floral fruit. Lots of pineapple, tropical notes, and crunchy floral green apples. Soft, round, and almost lush with fresh, ripe honeyed peach and slightly bruised pears. Crunchy, vibrant, and mineral. A hint of residual sugar - or perhaps just very ripe, sun-softened orchard fruit - with a pretty roundness and zesty acidity. Crisp and crunchy but with beautiful elegance and length. Dry phenolics give a slightly blunt finish.
