Cellier des Princes Domaine de Ju Ventoux (Red) 2022 - Highly RecommendedAlmost translucent, garnet edges. Blueberry fruit aromas. Pretty fruit of the forest jammy notes, some spice and a hint of stem ginger. Lovely fresh mineral elegance, wild berries, textured tannins and an incredible salinity which makes this wine so light and refreshing. Not the most full-bodied, but making up for it with lovely aromatic prettiness, elegant lightly chalky mineral tannins, lots of red fruit and great acidity. Utterly classic southern Rhone. Elegant, zesty, going a few steps further.
