Cellier Lou Bassaquet Le Bio (Red) 2023 - RecommendedMid-depth ruby red. Opulent fruits of the forest on the nose. Inky, blue mineral fruit and silky tannins indicate a clear Syrah presence. Fine, mineral and a touch austere, showing slightly less fruit on the palate than the nose suggests. The tannins are silky enough to drink almost as a chilled summer red, except the profile is driven by quite dark, dense, black fruit.
