  Very pale salmon. Lots of dark berries, hints of spice, hedgerow fruit and brambles. Saline, taciturn, dark and complex. Exceptional concentration and grip, with a mid-palate that is absolutely bursting at the seams with eagerness and structure. Gutsy, powerful, incredibly powerful. Not oak or tertiary-driven - this is fruit, acidity and power that almost redefines what a fine rosé should be. It is not oaky like a white Burgundy, but it clearly has infinitely more texture and grip than 'classic' Provence rosés, even the high-end ones. Sublime.
