    Almost a creamy white, very pale shell. Delicate but intense white fruit aromas of ripe dried peaches and apricots. On the palate, the delicacy evaporates, leaving a firm structural grip, lots of weight and a glassy, long, delicately mineral acidity. Crunchy white citrus and delicious white peach freshness; elegant, zippy and concentrated, with a slightly grippy, sandy phenolic finish. Rich, vibrant and almost lush.
