Château Galoupet Côtes de Provence Cru Classé (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPretty floral perfumed stone fruit on the nose. A hint of red fruit, very delicate and refined. Whisper of oak and black schistous minerality, white pepper and utterly crystalline. The fine structure remains discretely hidden. Hints of barely ripe stone fruit, definitely showing the crispness of the vintage and a touch more crisp than in previous vintages - perhaps the impact of including some fruit from young vines planted vines in 2019 and 2020.
