Château des Ferrages Mon Plaisir (White)

Pale lemon yellow. Restrained at first on the nose, offering some subtle perfumed tangerine and a whisper of nutty oak. Seriously juicy, almost sweet orange citrus appears on the palate, perfectly balanced by quite serious, savoury, toasty oak. Masterful integration of the wood provides incredible concentration. Vibrant, energetic and effortlessly fresh, yet it remains solar and deep. Provençal and easy-going, but full of secrets; ends on a hint of creamy lees, a touch of pineapple and juicy, perfumed acidity.
