From volcanic soils near Fréjus, and from one of the very first estates in Provence to plant Rolle cuttings. Very pale lemon-water white. Delicate pineapple, soft peachy pears and charming orchard blossom. Incredibly pretty and delicate on the palate; while soft on acidity, it retains just enough green apple zing to remain balanced. A beautifully silky texture leads to a wonderfully crisp, citrus-saline finish. An absolute crowd-pleaser; don't look for age-worthiness, but appreciate what a beautifully fruity and elegant wine it is today.
