La Grande Bauquiere Moment Singulier (White)

Pale lemon white. Pretty delicate white floral aromas, a hint of jasmine, Menton lemons and slightly reductive crisp green apples. Delicate, fresh and pretty on the palate, with lots of lime, green citrus and crunchy, slightly green and leafy apples. A hint of menthol. Clean, long, vibrant acidity with some slightly mineral spritz. To some tastes, the acidity might feel a touch over-emphasised, but this wine is spot on for someone looking for Sainte Victoire austerity and minerality, lifted by a touch of orchard blossom.
