Aymard Les Grappes (Red) 2023 - RecommendedMostly translucent, with light ruby edges. Very light ruby red, carbonic maceration style. Fresh, fruity, vibrant, juicy wild bramble fruit on the nose. Slightly saline, some strawberries, some black pepper. Incredibly juicy on the palate with vibrant red fruit, soft supple tannins and punchy fresh acidity. Summer red wine. Not complex but very pleasant, very southern. Alcohol maybe a touch evident.
