    Golden white, effectively blanc de noir. Creamy white fruit, with a hint of Earl Grey tea, white peach and a taut dark blue minerality. Waxy, with oak quite evident, raw nuts and a hint of exotic fruit. Crisp, zesty and refined, with fresh acidity, though lacking fruit and concentration and a little insipid, without the confidence of previous vintages. Needs time and more fruit to open out and fill out, but the structure and balance are there.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
