  Very pale gold to lemon yellow. Very honeyed and honeysuckle-type aromas on the nose alongside garrigue, spice, wildflowers and a hint of liquorice. Slightly hard and mineral on the palate with vibrant acidity, lots of crunchy green apple fruit, white citrus pith and darker florals. Violet minerality and a stony structure run throughout. Elegant and delicate, very fresh and pretty. A Mediterranean white with real complexity and an ethereal elegance that is at odds with the intense ripeness usually found at this level.
