    Very pale shell. Slightly floral and very delicate on the nose with hints of perfumed red apples, ephemeral white peaches, and orchard blossom. Lovely silkiness on the palate, presenting a soft and pretty profile. A slightly chalky, fresh pithiness adds charm and another dimension. Broad white limestone acidity typical of Sainte-Victoire. Pretty, delicate, lightly fruity, dainty, refreshing, and exceptionally elegant.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
