Château d’Astros Absolu (Rosé) 2025 - Recommended Summer RoséPale coral pink with ripe red fruit aromas with a hint of creaminess. On the palate there is some rich creaminess and fruity concentration. finishing with some pretty phenolic grippiness. Lovely seriousness and concentration and a clear step away from many pale and insipid rosés, but we feel this needs some time to settle down more harmoniously and be ready for this autumn.
