  Very, very pale lime white. Very restrained on the nose, showing a slightly reductive grassy profile with thiols and a very evident soft Sauvignon Blanc gooseberry fruit character. On the palate, a beautiful soft ripeness meets zesty melon, yellow peach, and exotic fruit sweetness. It is crunchy, grassy, and citrussy, driven by zippy, chalky acidity. A highly commendable summer white that will appeal to anyone who thinks Provence should be mineral and fresh. Really delicious, fresh, and fruity.
