  Very pale lemon yellow. Lots of crisp green apples and white citrus. A touch of lime drops. Slightly slatey, flinty, dark grey minerality on the palate. Elegant, charming and concentrated - classic yet modern. Nice concentration, and that minerality on the mid-palate really adds depth that goes beyond fun and fruity. A hint of lees or slightly chewy, saline, phenolic weight on the finish adds yet more charm. Decanting recommended to get the most out of this wine that just keeps on opening up. Serious depth and real texture that goes to show that there is more to Provence white than aromatic-crisp-and-crunchy Rolle.
