    Very pale salmon. Very neutral on the nose with a hint of pretty floral beeswax, tropical notes, apple blossom, zesty blood oranges and red apples. The palate is crisp and energetic with pretty red fruit and a firm minerality, but it ultimately has featherweight, neutral acidity. Rather lovely, but very light-framed. Perfect for drinking cold with ice cubes by the pool on a hot late August afternoon.
