Château de Pampelonne Côtes de Provence (White) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPale gold. A hint of struck match and reduction on the nose with straw, red apples and softly bruised white peaches. Beautifully muscular on the palate, capturing all the southern sunshine of Provence in a glass. Powerful and linear, with a lovely crystalline minerality leading to ripe, soft, perfumed Sorrento lemons on the finish. Mineral and fresh, but unafraid to be a "real wine" that embraces its sunshine and warmth; genuinely suits the grapes.
