  Very pale lemon white. Saline herbal aromas with hints of blue flowers, fine minerality, and quite perfumed notes. Crisp, crunchy citrus on the palate that is zesty and mineral with fresh acidity. Lacy, silky, perfumed, and pretty. Rather nice, elegant, and classy; the kind of wine that sparks a conversation about itself. It shows the beginnings of complexity and beautiful freshness that isn't just technical acidity and unripe fruit. Slightly tropical and floral - a classy summer white.
