    Lemon gold. Delicately sweet toasty oak on the nose with hints of beeswax. Quite powerful, tight, saline citrus is very obvious and slightly blunt at first. Like the Rosé Secret, this needs time to open up and can feel quite brutish initially - these are not wines made for early drinking. Opens up beautifully after decanting to reveal subtle tropical fruit, a hint of crunchy red apples, and well-integrated oak. Classic Provence oaked Rolle.
