Château Gasqui Tardius (Red) 2024 - OutstandingSemi-translucent ruby red. Lots of super juicy red berries, brambles and hedgerow fruit on the nose - absolutely bursting with them, jumping with joy and exuberant fruit. Red cherries, raspberries, blackberries and damsons. On the palate, slightly chalky, slightly pippy tannins, hints of crunchy black pepper and lots of fresh zippy acidity. It is modern, it is zingy, it is fresh, it is quaffable and it is beautifully balanced. Sumptuous and refreshing, but still weighty and concentrated.
