Château Grand Boise Côtes de Provence (White) 2023 - OutstandingVery pale gold. Aromas reveal decadent, opulent stone fruit, honey and dried apricots, perfumed orange blossom and white tropical flowers. On the palate it is vibrant and silky with seductive acidity; powerful, refined and ethereal despite the opulence of the nose. Silky and slightly saline on the palate, but with real guts, full body and weighty, textural oak. The light tannins on the finish providing another dimension to the pineapple and tropical elegance, and a hint of stem ginger. Balanced, well-integrated and utterly ready to drink; silky, perfect and impossible to dislike.
